When we first met Cherin, it was clear that our task was to create a dress that not only resembled her vision, but to compliment her natural beauty. Cherin showed great trust and confidence in Sant Elia, giving us the opportunity to create a truly unique couture gown.

From the first sketch, we consciously designed Cherin’s couture look to feature our signature bodice structure. We find that this fit, which alike a chef perfecting their signature dish, has been refined and innovated over time. The simplicity of the bodice in fine tulle highlights the 3D floral fabric with beaded embellishment.

We experimented with the skirt, incorporating multiple layers of soft latte tulle to elevate it’s natural movement and keep an ever so slight sheerness. This transformed a traditionally modern shape to become whimsical and romantic, a quintessential element of our Sant Elia Couture creations.

Cherin’s couture look was nothing short of an ethereal dream, highlighting her unmistakable grace and poise. We loved the collaborative process of creating Cherin’s wedding gown and wish her and her husband, Khalil, a very long and happy life together.
