Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Measure Policy:

We do not accept exchange or refunds on our Made-to-Measure pieces. Each Garment goes through a strict monitoring process, where our highly trained team of artisans will assess the finished product before it is released from the studio. Alterations are not included in our Made-to-Measure Service.


The garment will be considered as faulty and a refund will be accepted under the following guidelines:

  • The garment must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed and untampered with
  • The garment will be assessed by our experienced staff in order to be deemed as faulty, and must be considered a fabric or manufacturing fault.
  • Must be returned to the Sant Elia head-office 188 New Canterbury Rd, Petersham, NSW 2049 within 7 days of purchase as any attempt to return outside of this period will not be accepted.

Ready-to-wear policy:

Only our Ready-to-wear range is eligible for exchange for the reason of incorrect or unsuitable size

Exchange will not be accepted for change of mind. Exchangeable items must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items are not accepted for refund or exchange

and documented delivery.

Sant Elia will not assume responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
