Returns and Exchanges

Made-to-Order Policy:

We do not accept exchange or refunds on any made-to-order items as each piece is made by hand as the order is received. 

Each garment goes through a strict monitoring process, where our highly trained team of artisans will assess the finished product before it is released from the Atelier. Unless otherwise specified, alterations are not included in any product offered by SANT ELIA or S.E by SANT ELIA. 

NO REFUND/EXCHANGE/CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED ON THIS ITEM UNLESS DEEMED FAULTY. 

The garment will be considered as faulty and a refund will be accepted under the following guidelines:

  • The garment must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed and untampered with
  • The garment will be assessed by our experienced staff in order to be deemed as faulty, and must be considered a fabric or manufacturing fault.

To make a faulty product claim, you must notify SANT ELIA team at enquire@santelia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. The piece must be returned to the Sant Elia atelier within 7 days of purchase to assess the garment. Any attempt to return outside of this period will not be accepted. 

The customer must ensure that the item is returned via a registered postage service. The relevant tracking number must be supplied to Sant Elia. All return postage costs are at the customers expense. Sant Elia will not assume responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we are sometimes unable to fulfil all made-to-order orders. Should this be the case, a member of the customer service team will be in contact within 72-hours of placing your order. In this instance, customers will be offered a full refund or store credit. 

In-stock policy:

We do not offer or accept refunds for any in-stock items. 

Should you have ordered the incorrect size, you are welcome to exchange any in-stock item. 

Exchange will not be accepted for change of mind. Due to personal hygiene measures we are unable to accept any exchanges for bridal intimates, accessories or jewellery.

Exchangeable items must be returned:

Sale policy:

All sale item orders are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale items.
