Sant Elia - custom couture collection - Sydney - evening wear - hand painted gown

The making of ‘Isola Bella’

‘Isola Bella’ is an exploration of avant-garde couture inspired by our Creative Director Stephanie Caltabiano’s southern Italian heritage.  This collection is brimming with vibrant colours that are guaranteed to be showstoppers at any event while complimenting tonal hues of white, ivory and latte bring a subtleness that cannot be surpassed.

Delve into the world of ‘Isola Bella’ as we share the best from our behind the scenes of Sant Elia’s latest couture collection with a special highlight on the infamous painted ‘Liviana’ gown.

The gown’s hand painted aesthetic was lovingly created with thanks to Elle Ferguson, Emma Reid, Helen Chik, Natalia De Martin, Shannon Meddings, Laura Csortan, Mikey Ayoubi, Georgina Kar, Nadene Duncan, Danielle Cartisano, Jordan Turner and of course our little creative Rome.
